Stiperstones National Nature Reserve - Its stunning and unique!

There are many walks on the doorstep of the cabin and for all abilities, here in the Shropshire Hills. We are situated in the Stiperstones National Nature Reserve, a site of special interest (SSI) for wildlife and geology and scenery. The Stiperstones are a series of  rocky outcrops spread along a beautiful ridge in South Shropshire with stunning views over Shropshire Hills and the Welsh border. The site is a National Nature Reserve and is home to a rich variety of birdlife including red kites, red grouse & skylarks, Owls, Cuckoo and so many more. There also many types of Deer. The Bog visitor centre have good coffee and cake, crafts and chance to relax after a beautiful walk or rest back at the cabin by the fire and marvel at Nipstone.
